The two youngsters join the Victory in the midst of a significant culture change for the Victorian clubs who have significantly adapted their recruiting mentality and overhauled their youth team in compliance with Ange Postecoglou's footballing philosophies.
Jason Geria, 19, joins from fellow A-League outfit Brisbane Roar after captaining the club's Youth Side.
Brown, a 16 year old Victorian has signed after a stint with the AIS.
Brown has a strong connection with the Victory with his sister, W-League young player of the year, Ashley Brown having established herself as an integral member of the rapidly improving W-League side.
